4g63 and 4g64 turbos in hyundais. Seen quite a few pics of those.
There was a mighty max? or mitsu pickup? that had the 4g63 turbo installed in it.
There is a dsm/fiero owner in michigan who is installing a 4g63 into his 87 Fiero GT.

Eric Plebani put 4G63s in a Starion, Mighty Max and Porsche. I think Leon Reitman is trying to put one in a Triumph TR7. I saw a web site with one in some other small roadster style car a while ago.

Yeah there was a Hyundai Accent or Eccel on Ebay a while back that had a 4G63T in it. I think it had a 50trim and supporting mods, and ran a pretty decent time, Jet showed it to me maybe he knows that time it ran.
Anyways that would be a good lightweight sleeper, if I did one though I would convert it to AWD for sure.

There is the turbo magazine Porshebishi. I would personally like to put an Evo VIII motor and drivetrain etc, in a 3g. Just because I think it should have been done in the first place.

I always thought a cool sleeper would be a dodge avenger with a 4g63 and awd swap. Since they are based on the eclipse platform it could be done fairly easy with the right parts. Nobody would ever suspect a thing.

Yeh, some guy has an Avenger w/ a 4G63 and the AWD conversion. He was at the cookout. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Agreed. I would just never suspect an Avenger to make that kind of power or rip out of the hole like that. Very cool custom.

Boyd Coddington did that car back in '92. I just saw mention of it here in some other thread. Dan Buschur also has an old pickup with a 4G63 in it.

How about a twin turbo small block in a RWD 1G. Now that would be cool. It'd most likely have to be tube framed for shock tower clearance though.

Should be about the same as any other 2g. Not that those are light but it would be about normal.

I should have known not to look at the last post when I saw your name on it. California certainly hasn't made you any more intelligent. In fact, I think there is a distinct chance that you are losing the few miniscule brain cells you actually had.
