1994 Chevrolet Suburban - New Engine, Transmission, Rear End $5500 OBO

This suburban is a 1994 K1500 loaded, and in immaculate condition for a 1994. If you are looking for the cleanest and most reliable suburban with seating for 7 on the road then look no further!

Price $5500 OBO - open to most offers

This vehicle is a two owner vehicle, with the first owner being my grandfather. He has taken IMMACULATE care of it, and brought it to the dealership for 95% of the work (receipts included). After I purchased it from him, I have continued to take excellent care of this vehicle. It has full leather, 3rd row, and the seats in the back two rows look brand new. The drivers seat is in the WORST condition and is still not bad. (picture below)

Currently, there are ~197,400 miles on the body, ~7,000 miles on the GM Good wrench engine, ~ 4,500 miles on the REBUILT rear end, and ~ 15,000 miles on the new transmission. All the exact miles are on the receipts.

Here is a breakdown of all the MAJOR recent maintenance done
New front axle seals @188.5K - $250
New Transmission @ 182.1K - $2560
New GM engine @ 190K - $3350 – 3 year, 100K warranty
Rebuilt Rear End @192K - $1400
New ac compressor @163K - $600
New fuel pump @195K - $350

That alone is $8510 + thousands in other repairs making this a very road worthy vehicle. Many of the parts have a lifetime warranty on them through GM making it very easy to get the repairs if ever needed.

Also recently installed was a Kenwood BT645u deck which has BUILT in BLUETOOTH, IPOD connectivity, USB connectivity and an external remote - $220
A python remote start was also installed.

The bad – There is a dent in the passenger side rear barn door from being backed into a trailer, and then the driver’s side back door has some paint peeling/rust. Otherwise there is minimal rust with ZERO holes. This vehicle has either been parked or driven in Florida for 90% of the winters. You will not be disappointed with this truck; I would gladly tow a trailer from Miami FL to Anchorage AK with zero worries round trip.

Thanks for looking!! Call or email for more questions/test drives!
