Yea Im not a BOV expert. I would think that the positive pressure would push on the valve all by itself and not just the intake hose that pushes it. When the TB closes the air gets pushed out the valve so then that would mean that the hose on the top of it is only for vacuum.

I dont have another BOV. Geez! I dont have stock piping or intake. I have blowthru maft. But that doesnt matter. I just think its leaking.

Whatever this thread is done I guess.

The hose on top controls it. Pressure or lack of it in the intercooler pipe doesn't matter, unless the BOV spring isn't strong enough to hold to hold it closed under high boost.
