WTU torque wrench that goes down to 3ftlbs. savage

I live in savage and want to drop my oil pan and also need to torque my knock sensor, only problem is my dial torque wrench is in my blazer in colorado. So I'm looking for someone who might live around here that has a torque wrench that goes low enough so that I can properly torque my oil pan bolts as well as my knock sensor correctly. Please someone help me out.
