Been working on a little house project myself. It's taken me about a week of work getting it hung from the ceiling, running a gas line and dedicated power to it, now I have to replace a vent fan motor(I got it used). Best part is it's a 100,000 BTU Reznor typically found in a small shop like my old one. This is in a three-car garage, so basically once the heater is hooked up, I can finish the sheetrock and blow insulation up there and it should heat the garage from 30 degrees to 70 degrees in less than 10 minutes.
