It starts but runs like shit! Whats up???

Its a 93 Talon 6 bolt. It starts but misfires. It ran fine before i started my build.
NEW:
2g mas (wiring was checked twice).
50 trim w/ external gate
Crower 272's
Titanium Valve springs and retainers
Valve Seals

Ive checked the CAS
The MAS wiring
Checked the timing

Its got fuel spark and air.

WHAT AM I MISSING???

The ECU is the same one i was driving on for years before the build and have had no problems.

Could you explain setting the base timing???

check your timing and get it to run fine. you might need to advance it. maybe you have a bad maf

I replaced the MAF with one that was good and nothing changed.

maybe shitty vacume? but deffinatly play around with your timing and get it to run right. with those new cams your timing is going to have to be changed from stock. get a light and advance it back to what it should be

What are you tuning with? The 2G MAS flows about 25% more air than the 1G MAS so you could possibly just need the proper settings.

Is it misfiring or just revving erratically? Mine was rarely ever idling at a consistent speed, I replaced the tps and it runs fine now

Are you using an SAFC to control the 2g mas? DSMlink?
Check engine light coming on?

is that all you replaced before the build and then it was misfiring?

Im not tuning with anything right now, i did have a AFC but took it out cause i plan on running an EPROM, but the eprom is base tuned for 1000cc's. I'm gonna shane told me to get it running decent with the stock ecu, 550's, and 2gmas before I try the bigger stuff. The eprom is socketed, so i could get a chip for the 550's, but i won't be using the 55o's, so it would kinda be a waste.

I guess its just reving erraticlly. It runs on all 4 cylinders, but it doesnt seem to be in the right order all the time. I took the plug wires out individually an it ran a little worse with each one removed.

Does anyone have a TPS that i could borrow??
