Need Some 02 + Ford Lightning Heads

he just blew a spark plug out of the head on his 2000 Lightning, and it totally ruined the head on that side. he's looking for some 02 or newer 5.4 heads and he needs em quick. i'm just trying to help out a friend so if you know where to look or know someone, let me know plz

how does he like that lightning? ive been thinkin about getting one of those .. the 02 and newer ones have more threads for the plugs right?

i found out that the 5.4 in it is the same block as the Ford GT's with some other shared parts. i'd already have one if you could recline the fucking seats. man, what a bitch. why cant they extend the cab another foot so you can at least lean back.

is there even room behind the seats to put crap? or is it right up against the back wall?

a guy at work here ate a plug in his f150 - he bought some inserts by another company that you install in the head and gives a firm set of threads for the plugs .. if your friend's head is salvagable anyway
