maf translator

if i get the GM maf with the 18 dollar convertion harness.. do i need a translator??

It really depends on what your setup is. If you have everthing stock than no but if you already upgraded everything than yes. That is if you are over running your 2G mass.

GL on getting three 300 AWHP out of the stock turbo. Upgrade everything else before you upgrade the turbo and mass. I think one of the first thing on you agenda should be getting a Eprom ECU.

you could probably do it with Race gas, a nitrous kit, and dsmlink.

I should have an eprom ecu already..

regardless, first gear hub and sleeve need to be replaced before anything

You aren't going to hit 300 awhp on a 14b without nitrous. You can still have a quick car with under 300 awhp. Start losing some weight, that is free and makes a difference, not to mention it helps save the drivetrain.

You can hit 300awhp on a Dynojet AWD, but probably not on a Dyno Dynamics or Mustang.
