DSMstyle time slip thread
Can we start one, where you will need to post a timeslip at the very least.
Thx

Re: DSMstyle time slip thread
Well it would be easy if I whiped the entire site & started fresh, but since it's been installed & dropped & reinstalled before, this mod is really a PITA to get back on here. That and the absolute zero support for it make it nice and fun.

Re: DSMstyle time slip thread
I can back that up. I've installed it a few times on other boards and when it's a fresh install it works like a charm. But with the changes we've made since we last had it, and the version swaps the hang ups aren't very obvious. Trust me, I think I've given Chris lots of shit on this one.

Re: DSMstyle time slip thread
For fuck's sake, I spent like 5 hours working on this POS last night and at this point I'm honestly thinking we're going to have to scrap it and say that if you have a timeslip, then post it in teh gallery section (already set up), add the times/mods to your userprofile, and then reference to those in bragging-style threads in the racing section.
It's strange that AJ got it to work on a few other forums, but the fact is that this is a completely unsupported piece of software, and when it breaks during the next vBulletin release, everyone else's will break & we'll go through this all again.
The resources are already here to post timeslips, so if you got them, post'em on up! I'm not opposed to making a sticky thread somewhere or an official topic thread. Anyone else have any ideas?

I think that 6th hour just might have done it.
Is there anything you can look at side by side to compare the SMYT & MNMazda shit to this one?

Re: DSMstyle time slip thread
Sounds like you better let AJ do it, he's the man! Just admit his skillz are better, Chris!

Try the already used and approved time-slip thread.
