Throw Out Bearings: experiences

I dropped the tranny this evening on my 2g and found that my Mitsu throw out bearing fell apart. Lots of nice metal pieces all over. I remember someone making a thread about TOB's and which ones people have recommended but I can't find that thread anymore. So, what TOB have you been using and what has been your experience with it?

Plastic sleeved Mitsu TOB's. I for the first time tried a plastic sleeved ACT throw out bearing, and I think it had too much slop.
