750's or not??

I was just wondering if someone could let me know if these are 750's or not. They look like 1g 450's to me. Some guy was going to sell them but I am not positive if they are 750's. Also what HP rating are 750's rated to?

They are dirty as if they have been around for 12-15 years.

They should be stock 450s, how about the part numbers found on the side of the injector?
