fuel pump hanger cover

So like most have delt with, all the 8 mm nuts/studs broke on the hanger cover or what ever it's called, I have a few ideas on how to fix this once I can get the damn line lose lol. I am just curious on how others have fixed this issue?
I drained the tank etc. And am going to grind down the broken studs then drill them out, then replace with stainless bolts. Now I've seen ppl use a little jb weld to hold the studs in place, not sure if I really want to use jb on the inside of the tank? I seen a kit that ppl have used to fix this and cannot find where it was purchased so I could mimic it.
