Hardware

Where is a good place to buy a box of 8x1.25 mm nuts? Everywhere I look only has them with the 13mm hex size, which i refuse to use.

Call me a purist, but having to use a 1/2"(or 13mm) inch wrench on my car pisses me off.

I could always raid the junkyard, but thats kinda a waste of time.

any ideas?

Re: Hardware

I always bought hardware at one of the two Ace stores that were nearby, guess I never paid attention to what size the hex was.

The dealer ship or shop around on line. Most places are going to sell the 13mm head size M8 x 1.25 nuts or bolts. As far as I know even Fastenal only sells the 13mm head size. Or I drive by this place all the time.

Re: Hardware

Try Gardener Hardware on Washington Ave. by downtown MPLS. They have a great selection of metric nuts/bolts.
