Question 2g Shock Strut Tower Rust Repair needed?

I have a 98 Eclipse that has strut tower rust like most DSM's have and Im looking to have it fixed asap before I get the car painted, Does anybody on here do strut tower repair or know where it can be done at here in MN. I would like to have it fixed like the one on this thread http://www.rochesterdsm.org/forums/v...php?f=3&t=6918 My shock tower is not near as bad as this one, I have a small amount of rust on the driver side strut tower only and it is rusted threw, But not to the point where there is a hole in the tower, But I can push up on the rust and feel it pressing threw. If needed I can post a picture of the rust spot on the schock tower. I would also like to have both towers sand blasted after the the drivers side tower has been repaired to prevent any more rusting as this car will never see winter again.

Thanks for any support Troy.
