It's worse/better than crack.

What 4-points do you have? Unless they have some way to prevent submarining under the lap belts it's not the best way to go.

I have a pair of Schroth ASM 4-points for sale that I had in the Evo, if anyone needs some.

What color? Maybe I should do a second set in this car.

By pair you mean one set of harnesses or two full harnesses (enough for one seat or two?)

Like spazzy said, I got a scroth rallye4 harness. It's got ASM tech on it, I did a bit of research and got Brandon/toothy's approval before pulling the trigger.

I kinda figured you would have researched it first. Just thought I'd ask.

Re: Project Black ValentNine

So, engine is all assembled, clutch and trans are all sauced up, and while cleaning out the stock IX turbo Ron discovered some excessive shaft play...bearings must have gotten killed with the motor which suuuux...I was really hoping to do STS on this car but oh well. Everything is ready to go back in but now this road block, ugh. I want this thing done really bad now!

I looked around at options...rebuilding this turbo into an ef3 was my first choice but MAP is a few weeks out (it is spring after all). I found a few stock turbos nationally but nothing I could pull the trigger on quickly. So I decided to scoop up a local FP white...it's local, mint (3k miles), comes with a few extras I may need and the price was right.

So close....

Pics pics pics!

The FP White is a stock Evo9 turbo with an upgraded compressor wheel only, stock TD05H turbine wheel. Compressor is a HTA68 which is a 7-blade wheel the exact same size as a stock compressor wheel but lighter and more efficient. If it performs exactly like a stock turbo, I'll be happy. If it increases spool by 10rpm and/or produces an extra 1whp then...gravy baby All will be perfect for what I intend to do with this car.

Re: Project Black ValentNine

You're going to love this setup. You cannot go wrong with the hd's, turbo tuff's, and the exedy twin. Spring is the perfect time to finish a project. Hey I might be tempted to join you in the turn style racing, give me a heads up when you plan on starting.
