WTB: 5spd honda civic or saturn S-series

I don't really have any need for my truck anymore and I am finally employed and driving regularly.

Looking for a good condition saturn S-series or honda civic with manual transmission, and fairly cheap/good price.

I'd like them to have good working AC & heat, would like PL, PW, etc.
