turbo coolant lines

I purchased a water cooled turbo with stainless braided an lines on it. I would like to weld/cap off the stock coolant lines on the water pipe and use some of the plugged holes on the thermostat housing that are threaded and I can just screw in an an adapter. My question is which holes are ok to use if any(please no sarcastic responses). I'll have pictures up to help show you in an hour or so.

Re: turbo coolant lines

Pics will be good. Basically you want one hose to go to the inlet side of the water pump, and one to connect to the outlet side. On a 2G is can be slightly confusing since Mitsu used a coolant routing that helps warm the car up faster.
