Nice rainbows today, and my exhaust leak was sucking probably 20hp out of the turbo. rediculous. I tightened up the flange and bam, back to where it was. I even had to turn it down a bit after that. Good deal, I just have to find some bolts that won't come undone.

When my turbo bolts kept backing out, I cranked them down once while the car was still hot immediately following a 20 minute drive, and they haven't budged since. I'd give that a shot first.
