From what I heard from an old friend is that a lot of the ghetto people from Chicago is moving here to Saint Paul, so it's no surprise that those people are causing more trouble here.

That's bullshit a guys holds up several people at a SA for 30min and cops never show up, WTF? He chased you in his car, so you ran out the door and drove off in your car? I would have jumped a fence and hid in somones back yard or something. Wow, the cities are going to shit.

Wow, shit turned pretty gay pretty fast. The last time he was begging to come back saying he was off his meds and was really sorry. And sure enough it happened again. Maybe spending too much on extra small condoms and being a broke rapper/college kid didnt yield him enough money to pay for insurance/meds. Dont worry man, eventually obamacare will be universal healthcare and allow you free access to the meds.
