Don't worry about coming alone, you'll meet plenty of people. Craig, I'd assume just park out front in the parking lot and walk around back to the grass field (that was my plan with the S anyways, but now CVD is going to pick me up in the 3k)

Re: All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show -- August 21st, 2005
Well peeps, I tried. Mapquest gives out shit directions. I left today late already (like 11) and it was to take about an hour or so to get there. I got about 40-50 miles towards there and then I did not know where to go. The roads on mapquest that I was suppose to take were no where to be found. I drove around for like another hour and no luck. I just got back now to my house (its about 1:45) because I was low on gas at that point. I really wanted to make it and i'm pissed that I couldnt. Hope you guys had fun.

Re: All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show -- August 21st, 2005
Well if it's a the Car museum again this year it's right off 94/and HWY101 in Rogers MN
You can see it from the highway.
If you are coming up 94 W just get off on 101 and head north/Right. At the first Stop light turn Right and then take the first Right and fallow that street around till you see the Car Museum. (Basically it's almost like a Frontage Road that goes alongside the highway.

There was A LOT of cars and people there. Jana and I only syated for a short while. It was nice to see some old faces again and put some new names to new faces. But, we cut our stay short so I could finish up school work. Finals are on this week, ick!

Re: All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show -- August 21st, 2005
His car ran high 12s. He did some work to the trunk area to store a full spair ( carpeted everything) and he ran wires differently.. I think he installed his Fuel pump because he was talking about how gay the Fittings were. Definitly a clean car, definitly second to Peters though.

Re: All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show -- August 21st, 2005
Definately a huge thanks is owed to Curt and everyone involved with putting on this show. You did a great job again.
Totaleclipse, sorry you couldn't make it. I always use mapquest to show where it is, zoom out a little see what area it's in, and then grab my atlas to find the best route. That way I have it mapped out in my head as well as on paper. I never trust their driving directions.

Re: All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show -- August 21st, 2005
TONS of cars this year, strong competition! Awesome to meet up with more and more people. I had to drive back from up north this morning, so on very little sleep I cruised behind a green 1g (TSI TOM license plate) in Anna's Lancer at about 85 most of the way back into the city. Cruised home, cleaned up the car and made it up there by about 1:45. Awesome time!

Re: All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show -- August 21st, 2005
It was a great time considering I had to drop the car off around 10 and then run back to bloomington for my neices baptism, and then run back after that around 2, I got back just in time to place my vote, look at all the cars and chat. Very good turnout and thanks Curt for organizing this!!
And yea I placed 1st for 1Gs which Im very happy about! I have a bunch of pics but I need to get them uploaded and everything... maybe tommorow, Im beat also.
