Tom, I don't even know what to say to you anymore. You are becoming everything you loathe about religious people, and conservatives.

While I agree with some of your points about religions being capable of evil. I can at least see the inherent good on which they try to operate. They are not a bad thing to be crushed and feared.

Next point. You are no longer arguing about the foundations of religions. You are arguing human nature Tom. This is like the gun argument, guns don't kill people, people kill people. And last but not least, pretty sure the largest killer to this point of human life was the Black Death. Not religions. This is especially true if you put it in context with world populations at their respective times. The holocaust has nothing on the Black Death.
