Thats quite abit of boost if you ask me... You're going to blow a head gasket unless you have the right setup

everything is fixed, the overboosting was from a leaky vacuum hose going to the wastegate actuator. so the wastegate wasnt opening at all.

the car runs and drives perfect now. i have it set down to 10 lbs until i figure out what it can handle.
