The dogfish head world wide stout is 18% abv
The bells is 10%abv
The surly is 10%abv

I'm headed to IA this weekend, will be drinking my share of Toppling Goliath. I know some on here enjoy their stuff, if anyone wants a Growler let me know, I'm grabbing one for a co-worker but would likely have room in the cooler for a couple extra. I've heard their Mornin' Delight is awesome, but I've never seen it for sale.
Golden Nugget (IPA) and Pseudo Sue (pale ale) are both great.
