Kinda off topic but let me know if you guys ever want to play. I have a few places where we can use the land for free. So cost to you would be your paintballs, air, etc. I also have a hook up on rentals. email me at rlb92gsr at hotmail dot com.

Boosted_92 ...
where is this land? that would probably work out best if its not too far from cities.... we can save a LOT on paintball.. last time i went i used about 3000 paintballs.. i was a bit trigger happy
any way we could get an air tank there for filling up? i could pick it up with my truck too if need be..

To the Hudson Paintball fields from the Twin Cities.
Take Inter State 94 East to exit 4.
Turn left onto 12 North.
Follow 12 North for 2 miles to a stop sign, continue going straight after stopping,
the road will turn into County Road A North. (do NOT make a left onto Count Road A South)
Stay on Count Road A going North for about 4 miles to a stop sign. (County Road E)
Turn right onto County Road E
(Note: about 1000 feet after turning on to Count Road E you must turn right again to stay on CR E)
Continue on Count Road E for 1/2 of a mile, watch to Splat Tag™ sign on right.
Make right on to our driveway. Our diveway is about 1/2 mile long thought the woods. 10mph Please!
Follow Splat Tag™ signs to registration area. 25 minutes from the Saint Paul.
directions...

I've shot at other places, and they are about $5 cheaper, but they limit paintballs, they limit use of guns, and the fields suck. These fields are actual fields, not inflatable obstacle courses. This will be as close to "guerilla style in the forest, hang from a tree and shoot your friends in the balls," style combat.
I've already made the reservation. It will be worth the drive I promise.

Hudson is pretty good place, played there a couple time this summer. Make sure you don't get stuck on the same fields every game. By the way alot of the time they never checked the guns so we would turn them all the way up. Have fun

If they do check the guns and find they are over do they just make the person turn it down or cut the spring? IF they don't put a new sping it cold paintballs at over 300fps = ALOT of pain!

Ok Kids. I think if you wanna make it out of that place alive, keeping your guns at a safe speed would be ideal. Let's not be dumb about this. No one has fun if someone gets hurt.
and you'll be playing with cops.

Too bad you guys arent going when it was still warm outside, that would've been way better. I still want to go, but I'll have to wait and see if I can fork up enough cash for it. Paintball gets so expensive...especially at $25 per 500. I like to sneak paintball in, haha. I dont know though...I'll tell you guys in a couple of days.

Cool weather is best, but its still a blast when its cold out - less sweat, no bugs, able to cover all your bare skin without being uncomfortable.
Its a good idea to cover your neck (ask me how I know), and balls if your not carefull (not firsthand but everyones seen someone get hit and it aint pretty!)

I've been hit in the neck, the back of the head, near the groin, and in the sensitive parts of the wrist. Cold weather is best, you will be sweating your balls off and wanting to take your clothes off when you're done. AJ will for other obvious reasons
This isn't too bad for paintball. it's expensive here because of the playing environment. I've spoken to people who do this for the realism, and this is one of the best in the area.

OK, Here's the deal:
New location:
In Ramsey, NORTHSIDE SPORTS ARENA.
Hudson called and told me they had to cancel my reservation because of deer opener for shotgun in WI.
So we'll be trying this field instead.
Post up if you're still interested.
