luckily I got a hotel room last night about 1:30 just north of kansas city.

lol oh nice. I've made that drive too many times leaving OK at 5pm or later and went non-stop till i got home.

The only time i stopped on my cross country journeys was my initial trip from MN to San antonio, TX I stopped in OKC after 8-9 hrs i had enough driving for one day.
