That's pretty common nowadays, just not here on this board. I've seen one wastegate tied together above a divided housing, but at a certain turbo size, you need a second wastegate to keep the boost down for street driving.

Yea, I have seen a very similar setup on my buddys GST... He is rockin a GT42R with the split hotside... Im pretty sure this is the same turbo... Pretty kickass looking if you ask me...
