Re: Free BBQ & BOOZE - Blaine (June 28, 2008)
ADDED A START TIME. To everyone thinking about "just coming to meet some people", DEFINATELY DO IT. Whether you're pushing 50 like Old Man Hill, or the youngest noob on here, you're invited and it's a great way to meet some of the other folks on here.
Definately bring the fooseball table if you want to. I will have both cars moved out of the garage, so even if it decides to rain, we'll still have a place to play.
I also have a table that we can play flip cup and beer pong on.
I hope to have a Wii by then so we can have some boxing matches and what not also.
Jhaan, were you the one who brought the chicken last time? I remember it being delicious. I will PM you a little closer to the date.

Damn 'old man Hill' is almost pushing 50? He hardly looks over 30.
Edit- Nevermind took a look at his profile, he is only 39.

Hmm not sure where Hertz is, but maybe that's because I only use Avis which is right down the street

Sounds good man. We'll leave a space open in the garage for your table!

Re: Free BBQ & BOOZE - Blaine (June 28, 2008)
3 man Goal FLMFL, I have an old bar style table with a newer gray surface with slanted corners. Here is a pic I found on craigs list: http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/tag/661974008.html, Schiedes also has the same table. General house rules I play by: no spinning the bars, no 5 man goals, clean goalie shoot = 2 points, skunk game at 8, Foos goes in your corner for the goalie, can not score on yourself. I will plan to be there fo sho also.

My table I bought off craigs list is very similar to that, except it has a plexiglass playing surface, it's fucking sweet.
I agree with: No spinning the bars, clean goalie shot = 2 points, skunk game at 8, and Foos goes in your corner.
I think you should be able to score on your self however, but the person can't win by you scoring on your self. Same goes with 5 man goals, they are allowed, but you can't win on one.
I guess I will play any rules, sounds like I will actually have some competition for once in Foosball John

Count me in this year! What time should people show up if they'd like to help set up and cook and what not? I'll throw some cash in too for this.
And might I suggest Grain Belt for the keg? Mmmmmmmmm...

Just do not bring the Rain and I will be alright. DSM421 Rules sound good to me. I am an ok player but Youtube has some pro videos which are just sick.
