I coppersprayed all my exhaust gaskets, just because.

Also, did you remove any of the exhaust manifold studs? The center stud goes into an oil galley, and you need to put some sort of sealer on the threads.

Ah, I didn't know that. I'll have to do that when I put it back on. Thanks for the heads up.

The headliner was sagging bad, so I already removed it. I will have to try and get it reupholstered, there's a 1g GS sitting a few miles out of town I might try to snatch the one out of.

I'll let you know on the CNC.. I remember someone on here had a CNC access and they had done a bunch of shaved valve covers for aorund $100.
