Re: Fast & Furious 3
that's true..most of the drifting i hear was done by rhys millen. I turned to cher when keiichi Tsuchiya showed up. He didn't know who that was, but then again driftin is FAR from cher's cup of tea.

Re: Fast & Furious 3
I thought the movie was everything I expected! You got to see about 2hrs of loud cars tooling around and a reason to shine up the car and go to the theater with a big group of ricers, knowing all the while that you could wax them all. The best part was after the movie it was raining last night and me and a kid with a WRX were the only ones that could truly "DRIFTO" out of the 20 cars at our theater. I liked the first F&F and this one is better than the 2F2F IMO.

Re: Fast & Furious 3
I saw it on monday, I liked it more then the 1st 2 F&F, they FINALLY got rid of that hack Paul Walker. The plot was better because they trashed the whole undercover cop theme. I actually like drifting, i use to own a 240sx b4 my dsm, good luck getting ahold of a 240 now for a reasonable price.

Meh, all the 240 guys thought their prices were going to go up. Meh. The only 240 was a S15 and the main cars were the Evo, 350Z and the Veilside RX7(f'in sweet car). My Evo's worth will sit still and the 240s will go down down down, mwuhahahaha.

My thoughts on veilside are the same as my thoughts on reiger. You may draw your own conclusions, but I am going to see this moobie today.

Re: Fast & Furious 3
The driving scenes were pretty cool. Someone mentioned you can't race going sideways but apparently you can. The main guy attempts to drive normal on a drift circuit and it shows you exactly why you have to drift.
Acting was corny, cars / action was cool.

Re: Fast & Furious 3
It was alright. Don't go in expecting anything great, and you will be fine. Corny story, on par with the other 2, but the stunt driving was really impressive. If you can look at it from that perspective, you will be impressed.
I saw it at a drive-in theater out in woodbury, so the best part was getting reved on during the actual movie. (I was in my civic)

Re: Fast & Furious 3
i thought it was awesome. i walked in behind this father and son or "big brother and delinquent" and the dad was telling the kid, "you can mod cars, as long as they're street legal".
I was thinking, "if only they knew".

Re: Fast & Furious 3
The movie was just like i expected. Nothing too exciting but the scene where Han drifted around those two girls was pretty cool. I was told that the passenger is a model/pro drifter. The other scene that got me was when the real drift king was sitting there fishing with a friend. I had to explain to 2 people who he was.

True^ but its a must watch. I liked most of it, but some parts are unrealistic, but close enough to be "real". 3.5/4

Re: Fast & Furious 3
F & F 3 was ok but there are going to be other one's cause they left room for it. I liked some parts of it but not all. And because of the movie I"m sure there are going to be more car crashes. Cause they think they can do it LOL if you know that you can't drift don't.
