The neutral safety switch also but that wasn't much more than a bolt tightening.
Me: Where's your fire extinguisher?!
Nick: Push the car away from the house!

I'm glad there was no damage. What caused the fire? It's cool you got it started.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
The fuel rail was leaking so I took the feed off the rail and wanted to point it up so nothing leaked out. Went to put the line in the hole where the wires go through for the wipers and boom instant flames.
Had to of been caused by static is my only guess.

That's really gay that happened. But at least it didn't hurt anything. Glad to hear it started! That picture is awesome too!

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
I wish we would of got a pic of the flames. But at the time all we could do was put it out. Tom wanted to but didn't wanna be "that" guy if I burned to the ground.
Yeah all I can do is laugh now

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
So after my mishap I finally got it sorted. Got the 20 minutes of run time under my belt and now gotta get my idle sorted, put the setting in link for SD and start putting some miles on this thing.
Only vid of it running super bad exhaust leak.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
So I buttoned up hopefully all my exhaust leaks (o2 to downpipe) and got my waste gate installed. It was almost 3 am when I finished. Countless wobbly harmonic balancer installs later I hopefully have one that's good. Again can't check cause of the time.
Gonna put the north and south crossmember in, hook up the trans cooler and front bumper/plates on and try and go somewhere tomorrow.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
We just got it dialed in now for getting the 1K put on.
Tons of thanks go to Tom for getting it where it's at and drivability is pretty good right now.
