Here's my rice mobile... Had it up to 155, handles like it's on rails, drifts like there's no tomorrow.

I started out with the GTI, then I went to the Miata, which handles wicked tyte. Then I went to the 240SX which doesn't handle quite as good, but seems a little faster. I will get the Skyline when it's available. BTW, I thought the Eclipse in the game was a GS-T, unless there's a GSX that gets unlocked as well. But the Eclipse I saw had GS-T rims, and mad wicked torque steer bro.

nope its a gsx, a 99 one at that, i wanna know how many races it takes to get the gsx. is there a way you can make the exhaust sound more real because the PC version doesnt sound like real exhaust, it has that plain exhaust sound???
what version is everyone running? PC, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube or lol gameboy.

I'm running the PC version. I think the GSX unlocked at around level 61. It get's crazy on launch like the back is trying to come around a little, hehehehe.

Just like the 2.5RS. You gotta figure out of it's going left or right then counter-steer really quick.
I never knew being a ricer would be so much fun!

you don't have to countersteer at all, at least if you are drag racing. you don't even have to steer if you don't want to, the car follows the lane you are in automatically. you just tap left or right if you want to change lanes.
and did anyone else find that spraying nos through the top of 3rd and 4th puts you waaay ahead of the competition almost every time, who use their like midway through 5th

no thats not ALWAYS true i've had my back in come around so far before that the car when in a different lane but yea for the most part it will self correct its self if you don't do anything. My eclipse is the shit, i wish i could put i on the computer, its on the PS2. 6-speed, 19's and a pearlesent paint job (sp- the kind when u walk by it changes directions) and a lot of NAAWWZZZZZ :bounce:
the eclipse is sweat at drifiting to i've pulled 40k "outragous" difts with it.
and to answer your question if you go to quick race, and put it on hard. notice that the other drives use the nitrous really soon and u can't keep up with them if u do it late. I would think you would get more use out of it when the motor is working harder. but i dunno if u look at it time wise. say when u use it gives u a 30% increase in speed over your current speed. u can use that increase thoughout the rest of the race and since its based on time. u had the extra MPH thorghouh out more of the race rather than just part. that probley mad no sense.

If you launch in a normal race with the 2.5RS it will get all screwy right away, it either goes left or right no matter what. You can't spin out when drag racing, that's the only time that you don't have to worry about actually driving, rather than watch your tach and make sure you launch with the arrow blue or green, and shift when the shift light comes on.

That's nothin'. Using an RX7 on the second drift track, I can usually hold all kinds of mad drifts like 2 feet from the wall consistantly. The hard part is the transition. If you don't do it fast enough it will reset the points. I think my high was like 108,xxx for one drift. Drift King baby. My high score going 10 laps on that course is something like 415,000 or something. I'm usually in the mid 300's though.

Come on guys, post your drives.
I unlocked the level 3 paint and won my choice of some cool graphics. This is the new look for now.

Unlocked the RSX... Two words: Hella fast. Had it up to 206, here's a screenshot of me going 202 on Highway 1.

The RSX is poop compared to the Eclipse. I have noticed that the Eclipse can hang with just about any car in the game. Well up until where I am at least, I dunno about beyond this. Cuz I just unlocked the Skyline a little bit ago, and the Elipse still rivals that. Good shit. Only fuck up that I did notice about it was that if it is a GSX, why did it come stock with GST rims? That and that it has clear bumper lenses too. But I aint complaining

I have to take my game back today  I might just rent it for another week. lol. I traded up the Miata for an RX-7. That thing is wicked fast. Acceleration isn't anything too special, but the top speed 0WNZ. When I'm not crashing into walls or smackin' up cross traffic, nothing can touch it. At least nothing that I'm racing at the time. It's also s00per rad at drifting. Just hit the gas, give it the 'ol swedish flick, and it racksem up the points uber quick.
Oh yeah, if anyone's looking for a real good time, go under the options menu, under cars, turn off the automatic stability control. :bowdown"
