Apexi Muffler/Can jacked, is it fixable?

I have an Apexi n1 catback exhaust, but somehow on the backside of the muffler/can, the part that connects to the pipe has rusted and broke off. Not completely, but a big chunk. I wish I could take a pic but I dont have a camera. My question is, is there any way to fix/weld it? or should I just get a new can? and anyone know if can I even get just the Apexi muffler by itself?

its f'd, you could fix it, but it would be more then the cost of buying a new one. make sure you use 1000+ grit metal sand paper and clean it off after scuffing it then use high temp paint and you wont have a problem with your exaust rusting any more.
