If a dealer wants to make the conditions of warranty voidable by the use and installation of aftermarket equipment, they MUST offer and install said item for free of charge.

i am confused about this. So, if i want a T66 on my 04 EVO, i go to the dealer and say "i got this turbo for my car, can you bolt it on?" dealer says "well, putting that on will void your warranty" you can site the Magnuson-Moss warranty act and tell them that you now have to put the turbo on for free?
yeah, i know that is a little extreme...but
I know that dealers voiding a warranty for anything other than a totalled vehicle, or something real ovbious, is pure BS. But some dealers from what i have heard do it, and get away with it.

If your evo is seen racing at a track, Mitsubishi will try to void your warranty. I have heard of it, its hard to judge when you look at both sides.
