just got a new winter car 95 mirage coupe

1995 rage 1.8 auto coupe.
the engine needs to be replaced or rebuilt it has rod knock.
needs some body work on the right side some one had macco do it and it is cracked from to much body filler.
needs a new windshield
got it for 150.00

will fix it all up and do some mods to it and give it a quick paint job. I will drive it this winter and sell it in the spring

some things I am thinking of doing
5 lug
2 piston fronts
rear disk set up
evo III master
rebuild or replace engine
5 speed swap (if I can find one in the junkyard)
new front bumper
paint/body work cheap
tint the tails
dsm 16in rims oem
maybe a turbo kit

inside need seats

I got a FWD transmission you could bolt in there....

I will paint the other car when I am done working on it not before. But I will be using the same paint on this car to see how it works before I spent the time and money on the evo.

the tranny would have to be a 2g tranny

My front seats in my 1G should be coming out here sooner or later. I'd let you have em fairly cheap if they happen to bolt in there.

well I said I was just going to fix it,but I was at u pull it today and got this instead of the 1.8 replacement

here is the engine. It came out of a 94 gsx so it is a 1g 7bolt. was a reman engine and head from B&M. the engine also had a act 2100 on it big +





all the extra parts

the awd tranny that is locked to fwd that I had taken apart and fixed before and it is now back to me after 3 people

but I will not make it awd unless the buyer of it want it done when I sell it
it is just going to take custom mounts
wire in craigs old 90 harness in the car and get a 90 ecu for it

well today I sold the evo III rear brake set up and the 1.8 injectors so dad and I went back to u pull it and a 2nd junk yard and got more parts for the swap

first stop they had a 1.5 5 speed so I got the shifter and cables and a 1g bov for 15.00



then off to u pull it got parts off the same 94 talon
front hubs,2 pistion brakes,rotors,axels that need to be fixed or use them as cores, also got a 90 n/t t.b.


also going to use my evo 8 booster,master,clutch master on the car
