Man lately in my life its hurry up and wait.. for everything..

Well lets just take for example.. trailer.. i ordered a trailer a while ago, and they did tell me they have a few on order before mine..
But now they are waiting on the axles since i went with heavy duty axles and electric brakes on both, now they are on back order... until next week sometimes when they will be making them again, so add another week.. so that almost
puts me on the week before the opening at the track. I wont have time to get the winch on there or a tool box

its 3 weeks and i want to drive the car at least a week before i take it to the track ...

I am just anoyed and i needed to vent.. sorry

Tomahawk Trailers. they do a lot of the custom type work..

Its a 21foot with nice ramps and and goose neck .. so that it is easier to pull around.. we'll see how tough it is to back up tho

it is a 11,000lb axles with electric brakes and removable fenders so that even when the lowered cars are pulled up on there i won't have to worry about opening up the door and smacking it into the fender, that was my biggest pieve on trailers. Or if not opening doors then you go thru the back of the car or thru the window.. neither is a good option.

Overall, we'll see how satisfied i am when i get it, i've seen a few of them that they made and it looks as very good work. It will be black so it will match the car
now i have to find a few 12v flood lights to mount on the back of it for if i'm loading a car at night, and also a decent 12v winch with a 30+ foot cable ..

And then when Mike is not busy (if ever) i'll have him fab me a tool box on the trailer so the winch is protected from weather and theft. plus its nice to keep some spare tools in there too, in the process clean up the garage of old tools too

Holy shit, you definitely didn't hold back on anything :bounce: :bounce:
As for the gooseneck vs. bumper hitch, I think that you'll like the gooseneck much better. I would rather use a gooseneck anyday versus a bumper hitch: easier turning and easier to back up. Did you pick up one of those nice drop down/hide-a-way gooseneck plates so you can hide your ball when you're not using it?

What tire size do they put out with the 11,000 lb axles, or does it come with smaller duals on each axle?

Damn, sounds real heavy duty for just hauling a car. I'm getting a trailer in the next month myself, similar but with a tilt bed and a regular hitch. I'm going to add a toolbox mount, electric winch and some other goodies. It'll make going to the track that much easier without having to pick the trailer up the night before and bring it back.
