Re: GM MAF translator settings

Ok, brace yourself, but first off I'm going to say RTFM!

With that, you'll want to start off by zeroing out the MAF-T. Then, use DSMlink to scale the injectors back by like 40-50% to start off with. See if the car will start and run. Now check your logs and tweak accordingly.

After you zero out your various fuel trims and get the car so its drivable under light throttle (keep checking those fuel trims!) you're best bet is to take the car to DB, LSE, or MAP and get dyno time in. Unless you know what you're doing, WOT tuning should be left up to someone who knows what they are doing.

Re: GM MAF translator settings

With DSMLink definately zero out the MAFT settings, let DSMLink do all of the work for you. Also, don't run the rpm hookup either. Scale DSMLink back to -72% on the injector sizing compensation. Use the MAF compensation adjustments to zero in your Lo and Mid LTFTs. Other than that, have it tuned by somebody who knows what they're doing as mentioned above. And by the way, RTFM.

Re: GM MAF translator settings

There's tons of info on this in the DSMLink forums and the DSMLink wiki. Use the resources!

Are you running 92 or E85?

RTMF, I had to look that up. Anyways, what about the rest of the setup? turbo size, fuel pump/regulator/fuel line/gas tank setup, intercooler and piping, motor work, clutch, gauges, spark plugs/ignition setup, exhaust manifold, waist gate, exhaust. You can call the shop if you want to setup dyno time.
