I don't really care if people know. I more or less just want to keep the na-sayers out.
I just wanted to post what it was after I see dyno results as I to am a little skeptical of what of what it will make.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
FMIC fits nicely now behind my bumper
Mounted the radiator to make sure the ic pipe didn't hit.
Cleaned up the engine bay

understandable, well i can tell you right now the jpipe housing will restrict the flow a bit compaired to a down firing housing. but im very interested in what it will make.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
This is what I ordered and hopefully will get a tracking # today.
Machined 16G j-pipe housing
Billet 11 blade 3076 comp wheel
td06h4 turbine wheel
Upgraded shaft
FP 8cm hotside
Holset wastegate
Crossing fingers it will do well. If the j pipe housing does become a huge restriction then ill just throw on a downfacing comp cover to help it out. Someone said Tachyon runs a downfacing in SA/U so ill just run that class instead.
My main goal for the car is to run a low 11 high 10. I think it's pretty doable to after seeing what the ef1 has done in carltalons full weight 2G last yr.

I'm super interested to see what the 11 blade 3076 comp wheel does in a correct housing. You should just join me in SA/U... that field could use some more cars

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
So you are down firing than. I was gonna ask after goodhart said you were. Ill contact TL and have them machine one for me so I have it on hand if the 16G just won't cut it. Its obviously not a huge deal what class I'm in just thought it he cool to do it with a true SA cover.

I am... actually our turbo specs are going to be identical, except for compressor wheel. I am going to see how far I can push a cast OEM 20g wheel this year.
What I am really afraid of is MAP changing the SA-SA/U rules on us as we both appear to be down the critical path of our builds.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
Cool! 99gsxjoel is doing a 20G on his 5 speed but I think he's going billet extended tip.
Yeah that's why I'm holding out on tires still. If I'm in SA I'm gonna run nittos. SA/U gonna run QTPs.
Map said on Facebook that the rules should be posted by the weekend.

Re: 2G auto S/A daily
Nice looking forward to seeing the rules. You going to be doing any road course at the PG?

Probably not. Not to sure it would be the same in an auto.
