Stainless clutch line from STM (master to slave)
Shifter bushings
Deautchwerks 1000cc Injectors
Fuel Lab "mini" regulator with gauge
Deautchwerks 301 fuel pump

Update:
Pulled out fuel rails and intake manifolds for welding/porting. Pulled intercooler system for resale, ordered intercooler and shifter. Order new motor mounts, old ones are TOAST.
Going to try to pull turbo's tonight, after seeing if the new downpipe fits, looks pretty close!

The crew came down and assisted with a marathon wrench session. John L, the fabrication guru, currently has my downpipe, intercooler, intercooler piping, and front bumper for final modifications. Wednesday is slated to be finalized assembly with a roll over into Friday if need be. Hopefully I'll be out and about for Cars and Coffee this next weekend, pending any further complications.

Thanks again John, Kyle, and Ryan for your assistance this weekend!! The weekend goal was completed, car is now at the "front" of the garage and much closer to running.

...and special thanks to my wife for putting up with this crap!

Update:

Well John and I were making excellent progress last few days and were just in assembly mode when we hit a snag. The "Rebuilt" AEM EMS I bought from a reputable seller was indeed not rebuilt and having the same problem they were having (5V output on sensor ground). Needless to say the AEM currently is as useful as a brick, so that is going out FED-EX Monday to be rebuilt, hopefully get it back within a few weeks as the lead time is 2 weeks.

Took a few hours to go through the entire engine bay harness and a bench test of the AEM EMS with just power and ground to confirm that it is faulty.

Other than that, a few interior bits to put back, door speakers, intercooler piping to install, intakes to install, drill a hole for each catch can, battery cable ends, and polish some items and we will be on the road!

Re: Lucky #13...Back in the saddle....92 rt/tt

Update:
Been swamped with work but still plugging away. I hope to get the timing belt and that side of the motor buttoned up as well as get the wide band controller wired in as well as complete the upper engine wire tuck.
Small battery showed up, haven't even unboxed it. Fuel pump is in, need to install new gaskets and mount lower intake manifold + injectors. Then make a few more fuel lines and the fuel system is done.
Still need to do piping work to which John will be heading down and helping fabricate. Hopefully there will be a lot of progress over the next month.

I've decided to run the 9b's. I haven't pulled them off the manifolds and the manifolds haven't been pulled off the engine. If I can get a reliable 350AWHP on E-85 that should be good enough for now. I plan on running a Billet compressor wheel TD04 setup eventually, so to spend money converting 13t's and ultimately spending money again re-working that seems like a waste for a potential 50-150 more hp. To some, they make look at this as giving up on power, but I'd rather spend the money elsewhere such as some PDR work and re-upholstering the interior.

Re: Lucky #13...Back in the saddle....92 rt/tt

Figured I would update this:

March has been a busy month for work and booking work. Launched a side tuning business to make my offerings more "official". Car finally got some attention last weekend with a new water pump and timing belt kit installed. Found a 20 year old crank pulley, so a new one should arrive Thursday. Also managed to finish installing the ported lower intake manifold, 1000cc injectors, fuel rails, and a few of the fuel lines. Need to mount the FPR, make lines from the rails to FPR and a line from stock feed line to my "Y" to the lines and the fuel system is done in the engine bay. Then one last line at the tank and the fuel system is buttoned up.

Air filters showed up for the intakes today, intercooler piping bends and couplers expected Thursday. The goal is to have a driving car this weekend on pump gas, we'll see how close we get. A lot of fabrication and wiring stand between me and that goal, and that still leaves me plenty to do afterwards (such as pulling dash, gauge installs, etc).

Now to get down to the garage to get some wideband wiring complete, run a wire for my future oil temp gauge, clean up a little more under-hood wiring, figure out the mini battery mounts, and button up the timing belt side sans crank pulley.

Still shooting for reasonable power levels on 92 octane with "MAX POWER" on E-85. I have 13t's here, on the fence if I want to pay to have housings machined and install them, didn't bother pulling the 9b's off the manifolds, I can always do porting and before/after dyno comparisons later.

Big Thanks to John LaCroix (Pushit2.0) on the help this last weekend and the help he will provide this weekend, hopefully get this car out from the back of the garage and to the front of the garage!

FMIC install pipe routing and fitment on a 3/s while retaining most of the factory components that get in your way, about has much stun as you can have with close on.

Out to the garage for final welding on this stuff.

Sorry I am a PITA John, but retaining fog lights, a/c, and everything else was on my list and you nailed it.

For those that don't know, John is a master fabricator and can pretty much pull anything of you ask him for.

Motor doesn't vibrate that much from the factory and I didn't want to deal with it flopping around in the engine bay. Last car had solid motor mounts and a much more aggressive setup and the vibration was minimal.

We've still got errors in the statement above by both parties, LOL!

Mitsubishi Evo 9 BOV
2.25" Intercooler piping
3" Intercooler piping - Cold Side
3" Intakes
Oil Catch Can
GVR4 coolant overflow -just need a overflow cap
BigCranks mini battery
In process now-Slated for completion:
AEM EMS V1 (used/rebuilt) - to AEM to be fixed
Pioneer 6.5" TS-G1643R door speakers -install
Short antenna-install
Oil temp sender for SW Oil Temp Gauge - waiting on adapter for oil drain, gauge installed

On the list for this summer/after this round:

Fabricate cat-back exhaust
Stronger Clutch
Ethanol Content Monitor/Display
Larger turbos?
New tires
Update:

Got the bumper on last night with ducting modified to get around the FMIC, hopefully I won't be overheating. Just need to clamp the "catback" exhaust to the adapter John made and bolt that to the downpipe and that is done. Need to toss in the short antenna (well don't need to but want to) and pick up a drain plug or two and install the oil temp sensor sender...or just wait for the right parts to get here and install next time, I will probably go that route.

AEM is scheduled to arrive Tuesday.
