Re: Chumpcar Chumpionship

Yeah, we were hoping to generate some buzz/interest in chumpcar, although it seemed like most autocross people were familiar with it. It was funny that the announcer initially thought it was a 'rally looking car'

I won Novice, is there actually a physical trophy? I asked the question on MNAutox and I think it got ignored. We could add it to our tiny little 21st place trophy from the chumpionship, ha

Re: Chumpcar Chumpionship

Nope, no trophies for winning novice, just a boot to the ass to join the normal auto-x car classing. Nice job though!

Re: Chumpcar Chumpionship

oh man I don't even wanna know what class our car would be in. Stripped, swapped, turbocharged... I'd probably be in the class with the super 7.

Re: Chumpcar Chumpionship

I think it's still an SM car... It's not hacked up at all, right? No speed holes?

Actually if you win it I think you get a dog tag trophy this year, with all listed trophy spots booted from novice. congrats either way!
