Not that I'm aware of, we weren't cruising around town looking for races or anything, we drove straight to the hotel and parked.
Really sucks though, I can't believe someone would do this, it's just stupid.

Not a whole lot more I can do when picking a hotel short of calling police and asking about criminal activity. This is a nice downtown hotel, not some cheap shithole in the ghetto. I read the online user reviews on the big travel sites. My family has stayed at this hotel a few years back and all had good things to say (family reunion thing a few years back). When mentioning the hotel to people who have lived in La Crosse nobody said anything bad about it (or downtown in general). This was probably an incident that could have happened anywhere given the proper circumstances. Who knows, it very well could have been some import-hater drunk after bar close...
As far as I am aware nobody did anything to warrant a retaliation. A few of the guys were followed into the ramp by a riced Civic and it probably would have been smart of them to ditch the guy before parking, but who knows. Hindsight is 20/20, but I can tell you that we will never be using that hotel again for multiple reasons.

Re: PLEASE READ Re: VANDALISM on Spring Cruise
I thought this vandalism was going to stop me from ever attending a cruise... But seeing how supportive everyone is, it def won't stop me.
I might just park WAYYYYY away from everyone though.

I'm going to keep it under wraps if that's ok. I ran into rosey today at Jeff The Alignment Guy's shop and talked to him about his half of the money. In my opinion, the two of these guys should take the money, regardless of what happens with insurance. They had to deal with the trauma of their cars getting fuct with, getting a bunch of estimates, time off work, and even though it's where money will come from eventually, the freaking insurance companies. Take the money, spend it on your car, a case of beer, whatever makes the situation better!

Looks like K Swiss shoe prints in one of the pics if that helps
Haters man... the world is just full of 'em. There's no way to explain it you just kind of have to accept it.
Was there any other places to park? Perhaps parking apart and somewhere more populated could help in the future. It just seems like it would be an easy target if they are all parked close together and up in a parking ramp. Too bad no one caught them in the act it would have been a sweet group beating.

Re: PLEASE READ Re: VANDALISM on Spring Cruise
The ramp was the only place to park. I personally like parking as a group b/c that avoids dumbasses parking next to me and leaving door dings. A hotel parking ramp will be empty during the middle of the night so no matter where you park if someone wants to they will wreck your stuff. Parking higher up in the ramp like we did also prevents as much traffic from driving by seeing the cars. Basically, it comes down to if people want to steal something or wreck something they are going to do it.

Re: PLEASE READ Re: VANDALISM on Spring Cruise
I agree that it was VERY noble of rosey to offer his half of the money towards 311evo.
But I will have to agree with scheides that both people should accept the money for any hassel they have been put through.

Re: PLEASE READ Re: VANDALISM on Spring Cruise
^^Agreed!
on a different note, my insurance, as i assumed would do this again, shat on my chest. In order to get the wing/ trunk/ wiper fixed, $500 deductable, Drivers side key mark, another $500, passanger side key mark, yep- another $500. so basically i have a $1500 deductable!? what the shit. well i hope i can explain this shenadigens to the shop i choose to go to, and hopefully they'll put enough funds in the estimate to cover the key marks to.
I wish i had an insurance agent that wasn't the devil's advocate.
