Why is it mandatory to wear our seatbelts? Well I think i mentioned this on here before on another topic but several years ago had my brother been wearing his seat belts he'd most likely not been around today. He was a passenger in a car and another speeding car smucked his side broadside. The impact was so hard the it forced the passenger seat nearly 1/2 way under the drivers seat. Most of the passenger area was pushed over to the driver area. He hasn't worn them to this day since then.
Since you want to trade brother stories here's mine. If my brother had been wearing a seatbelt he'd be here today. He wouldn't have been laying face first in a ditch with a collapsed lung and brain injuries 60 feet from our car which was laying on its roof next to a corn field.
