Yeah you have to be careful with the mineral supplements, too much is usually worse than not enough.

BTW Definately need to cut your mop, you probably got about 20 lbs of hair you fucking hippy.

Take the pills Napoleoon, I agree though cut the hair get rid of the State Trooper Mustache and call it christmas. Give blood before you race and take a good shit. That would put your weight about about 98 pounds or so and still twice the man as Allan
