Good god tom, settle down. I agree with Hughes on this one. If this country needed troops so badly that it initiated a draft I too would head on down the the recruitment center.
Kerry is a soccer moms president. He would be banning and outlawing left and right when he got in in the name of saftey and security. His radio advertisements simply make me sick, have you heard them?

It never ceases to amaze me how most of you liberal democrats believe, even a small fraction of, this shit.
There will not be a draft, our military is huge, millions of troops, why would a few hundred thousand troops we have in the middle east make a draft necessary?
9/11 hurt our economy, not Bush.I think its pretty damn good considering what happened on 9/11.
National security under Bush was not any worse than it was under any other president, relative to the times.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
The Republicans today announced that they are changing
their emblem from an elephant to a CONDOM because it
more accurately reflects their political stance.
A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys
the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks, and gives
you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed.
"Damn, it just doesn't get more accurate than that."

WTF is Tom doing whining about who is in office? HE DIDN'T EVEN VOTE. Hell, why do you all care that Bush won? Kerry won in Minnesota, right? So what's the point? Go bitch on some national forum where more people can tell you to STFU.
I didn't vote, and don't care if we had Kerry in office right now or not. Personally, I like change, but as far as this presidency goes I would have rather seen Bush get a second term in an effort to fix the "problems" as some of you call them, rather than a drastic political change that a new president would have brought on.
Why didn't I vote? Because I didn't want to. I felt that neither Bush nor Kerry supported my interests well enough to deserve my support.

It never ceases to amaze me how many broke ass mother fuckers are republicans, just because of their religion and the fact they think war is the thing to do. Why can people not seperate religion from politics. Bush is a peice of shit Kerry was not the best democrat for the job either but Bush is a tool. Bring back Clinton to straighten everything out.

If you think Bush is there on the religious vote you are wrong. I know of not a single person who voted for him based on that, and 90% of the people I know who voted for him are not even religious.
I consider myself a broke ass mutherfucker. Why should I be a democrat? Because I'll get handouts taken from the pockets of people who have more than me? Just because the Gov't does it dont mean it aint stealing.
To me the Republican Party means freedom. The Democratic party means mild socialism.
Clinton - I got nothing against the guy as pres, but I do think his foreign policy blew ass, and helped us get in the shit sling we're in now.

actually, the fact that he is so religious plays a HUGE part in how people vote. he said that he believes God told him to do certain things. he said that. being an evengelical christian, he is under the impression that whatever he does, God approves. your average church going right-leaning voter gobbles this stuff up. it really does help for votes.

To me the republican party means Facism. The Democratic party means freedom - freedom of choice. under rightist republican control, people have FEWER choices, take gay marriage for example, how about abortions?

Bush - I have a lot against him as president, his foreign policy is "shoot first, ask permission later, I don't give a rats ass if Poland doesn't stay with us, as long as tony blair says, "aye OK, matey" were fine! where's my OIL bitches?"
sorry about the quick double posting. as you can see, i feel differently than most people on this board.

I have heard Bush say there will be no draft while he is in office. I never thought the draft would come into play. Anyone that generalizes a party like the people above are either not smart, or only listen to key people.

Gay marriage and abortions are a couple of things that i dont agree with, but they have less to do with me. Also, gay marriage will eventually be legal no matter what. And abortions ARE legal. I got a clue for you though, once they pry the guns away from every last citizen in this country do you think that they will EVER get them back? And I mean ever. The democrats stand to take away far more personal rights in the name of safety than the republicans could ever hope to in the name of morality. I dont agree with either, but I'm not gay and i'm not carrying an illegitimate child so that makes it a real easy choice.
Also, from what I see the republicans give you every opportunity to do the right thing (or if you choose, the wrong thing). But if you fuck up you aint going to get the chance ever again. With Dems it seems like they try to keep you from doing anything in the first place, but if you do fuck up, oh well its ok. try harder next time.
