Hmm, not too shabby...Any idea what kind of power you are putting down?

No idea. I was gonna throw it on the rollers at the fall dyno day, but that didn't work out.

Re: My restoration of a 2g GSX

Well I found a deal and half on some Recaro's out of an Evo, so I picked them up. Going to get the centers re-upholstered in black suede.

Also picked up a new engine for it. No pics at the current moment though.

But it has

Eagle H beam rods
Wiseco pistons bored .020 over and a 8.5 compression ratio
Butcher Crank from FFWD

Should be a good little engine for me. Also picked up HKS 272's from the same guy. So basically my hole engine set up will be new and I am also picking up a new turbo as well. It will be a whole new car when it finally warms up outside and I can start working on it again.

Re: My restoration of a 2g GSX

Alright, time for a bit of an update. To go along with the whole new engine, I figured I might as well top it off with a intake. Found this little guy on tooners.

Pretty nifty little piece to top it all off with.

It is actually the hard anodized option Magnus had for a little while. I like it too.

Re: My restoration of a 2g GSX

Today I picked up the Forced Performance DSM manifold. If people don't know they are running a special on them for 235 with the heat coating.

It's a steal. $253 shipped. You can't beat that at all. Made my decision rather simple.

I'm hoping to have it ready to go... Won't have the big turbo yet, just my small 16g.

Rotors could be in better shape, but yeah I paid 1/3 of what they cost new so I can live with it.
