Stainless braided clutch hoses/lines, billet clutch fork, longer slave rods, modifying the master cylinder, shimming the pivot ball......The 2600 has plagued DSMers since it's intro. I would try adjusting it some more, invest in some stainless lines (allows you to eliminate the FPR), then either purchase longer slave rod or you can try shimming the rod temp. to see if that fixes your problem.
