No its not a intercooler pipe. You can here it coming from the intake man. You stick your hand behind it or next to it and you can feel air. Is there any vacum hoses back there or anything to that extent? Its quite a leakin the gasket if it is though. We took his comprssor set it to 25 PSI and tried to feel it after getting frustraded. Only got 1 PSI! The car stil builds boost when driving though. No shaft play on the turbo and it spins fine.
