This to me seems like it breaks the main points of gun control advocates... first of all you have a child who most likely has no gun experience grabbing there parents guns which I am assuming will be loaded... and then bringing it to school. Where do these idiots get these ideas..

Yup, all kinds of problems with this one.

1) You have a loaded firearm that is accessible to a child. In most states, this is illegal.
2) Kid doesn't unload the firearm.
3) Kid sticks loaded firearm in his backpack with out something to guard the trigger.
4) BRINGS A LOADED FIREARM TO SCHOOL.
