The Mitsu symbol is recessed into the center of the OEM piece. It might have been filled in or something, looks like OEM bumper other than that.

I was going to guess thats the reason

And hell no im going for it with the motor i just dont know if its worth doing all of the work like swapping stuff from my car now over or if i should just make my car rust free as in it wouldnt take much.

That it is. If it is yellow urathain it's oem. But cireta fit. Makes a replace ment that is grey/black urathain that does not have the indent for the logo.
