2g head casting flaw fixable?

I don't think it's detonation, as it is in the same spot in cyl 1 & 4 and nothing in 2 & 3. But I'm no expert on this.

It can be polished out, or run as is. Depending on what the goals of the engine/car are.

If you polish them out, make sure to cc each chamber and equalize them with in .5cc from largest to smallest.
