Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 25th, 2013

Thanks again for putting up a great event Curt. Everything seemed to be running smoothly and there were some great cars to look at. Wish I could have stayed longer, but the heat was nuts.

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 25th, 2013

I actually did quite a bit of wandering in the morning and then later in the afternoon as well, I spent maybe two hours under the tent and the rest around the lot. I wore sunscreen and still have a bit of a wristband tan to prove it.

But just in case, here're some afternoon photos:

I think the heat definitely had an effect on turnout. Are the results from voting going to be posted?.
It might be a week or so before I make the results page and put up the results. I'm in the middle of moving and I won't have internet for a week.

Thanks for coming!

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 25th, 2013

Some sweet pics, I was hoping to see one of mine in the mix. Maybe next year! It was a great day overall, had a lot of fun looking at everyone's cars. Its always a blast, a little hot but totally worth it! No AC in mine either and I got to drive back to duluth in it. I keep trying to get more cars from up here to go. Makes it that much better!

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 25th, 2013

I know I'm a little behind on getting the pictures and results from the All Mitsu Cookout online, but I'm all done now.

Thanks to our main sponsor White Bear Mitsubishi. And thanks to Steve from Advance Auto Parts for donating a bunch of prizes. Also, thanks to all the hard working volunteers that make the Cookout happen. We had some very hot weather on August 25th, and our attendance suffered. We had 118 cars registered and about 130 Mitsus there overall.

All the pictures and results can be found here:
